Students tend to learn by rote, or at the most, use just one memory tool such as mnemonics. Our “Memtrainz” programme is designed to help students cope with the pressures of having to learn vast portions of material in a limited period of time, using several techniques. Through a technique, called “Recall on call” the memory programme enables students not only on how to pay attention through focus and concentration, and to retain this knowledge through a technique called spaced repetition, but also to be able to recall this knowledge at will at any point of time. The programme has activities and is a fun way to learn and remember techniques that will help improve any student’s memory.

  Techniques include ordering information into structured groups, patterns and sequences. They also encourage students to think positively, laugh while they learn and enjoy what they learn. Students will use both their right and left brain, a colouful imagination, exaggeration, rhythm, rhyme, all their senses, association and movie-like visualization. Our programmes can be customized for a short duration (90 minute programmes) or a longer duration (half-day or full day workshops). An improved memory will not just boost the student’s confidence, but this confidence will further help boost the student's memory – a virtuous cycle. Mindgardenz will also be launching advanced memory workshops for longer periods (over a weekend or over a 7-day period). Part of our advanced memory programmes will cover 'Thumbrulez'  for Science and Maths and 'Vocabuilderz' for English.
